Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Specialist - Cleaning to maintain clean public areas of the property and assist guests with inquiries. Responsibilities include cleaning casino areas, restrooms, and common spaces, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring safety and compliance with PGCB rules.

Strong guest service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Candidates should be 18+, eligible to work in the United States, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
• Interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Maintain a professional, neat appearance per Wind Creek standards.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to qualify for, apply for and obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board license if required.

Responsibilities

• Clean all public areas of the casino as assigned and per standards.
• Sweep, dust, vacuum, and remove trash from floors and slots areas.
• Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked; report plumbing issues.
• Provide directions and information to guests and stay knowledgeable about Wind Creek services.
• Handle guest requests or complaints and report maintenance deficiencies.
• Follow safety standards and use equipment properly; work with minimal supervision.
