Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking an Attendant - Valet to warmly greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide courteous curbside and bellman services. The role requires reliable, safety‑m mindful service, strong English communication, and a professional appearance.

Responsibilities include managing receipts, safe vehicle handling, and adhering to Wind Creek policies while engaging guests across shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age with work authorization in the United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a current clean DMV report.
• Previous valet parking or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in proper uniform and ready to work.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles as requested by Dispatch - Valet.
• Greet guests, assist with luggage, and escort to hotel lobby.
• Provide bellman services by delivering luggage to rooms and assisting guests.
• Issue accurate receipts for parked cars and manage parking areas.
• Maintain safety and courteous service while handling vehicles and equipment.
