Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Supervisor - Environmental Services to oversee day-to-day Public Areas and Casino cleaning. You will supervise, inspect, train, and evaluate Cleaning staff to uphold Wind Creek's cleanliness standards across the facility.

You will monitor performance, conduct inspections, complete forms, manage attendance and shifts, and address guest concerns. The role requires 18+ years, High School diploma, and ability to obtain PA Gaming Control Board license if required.

Qualifications

• Two years of janitorial experience required.
• One year of guest relations training required.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning staff on floor ~90% of time.
• Inspect Public Areas and Casino to maintain high cleanliness.
• Complete daily inspection forms.
• Train and coach staff to standards.
