Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking an Attendant - Valet to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide courteous doorman and bellman services as part of the hotel and casino experience. Responsibilities include safe driving of both automatic and manual transmission vehicles, issuing receipts, and delivering exceptional guest service while adhering to Wind Creek policies and PGCB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Greet guests and provide doorman/bellman services as needed.
• Assist with luggage and escort guests to rooms or lobby.
• Provide directions and information about local attractions and hotel services.
• Adhere to all Wind Creek policies and PGCB regulations; complete required paperwork.
