You will manage high-volume calls, coordinate with drivers, monitor on-time performance, and assist with day-to-day routing questions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; commercial vehicle license preferred.
• 1–3 years of dispatcher, terminal operations, or driving experience.

• Proficiency with computers and radio dispatch systems; multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for parents, schools, and admins on delays or schedule changes.
• Manage heavy call volume, resolve issues with creative real-time solutions.
• Monitor routes and communicate with drivers via two-way radio.
• Track on-time performance and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Maintain records and assist drivers with day-to-day questions.
