Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch buses, monitor route performance, and share real-time updates with drivers.
• Maintain dispatch logs including attendance, vehicle status, and route changes.
• Support Safety First culture by broadcasting daily messages and liaising with safety staff.
• Assign drivers and monitors to routes and assist with route bids.
• Coordinate with shop for preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Handle phone inquiries and follow up with customers and drivers.
• Perform additional admin or operational duties as needed.
