The role requires leadership, flexible scheduling, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The Bulk Manager will collaborate with store leadership to meet performance goals and provide a great shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• 1–2 years retail grocery experience and 1 year management
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
• Know weekly ad items and locate products for customers
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 8 hours

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk foods stocking, packing, and pricing to ensure accuracy and presentation
• Manage inventory, rotate products by code dates, and maintain sanitation standards
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members and conduct performance reviews
• Lead staffing decisions and scheduling to maximize productivity
• Provide high level of customer service and store communication
