Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Bulk Manager to oversee the bulk foods department, including maintenance, packing, stocking, and pricing. You will lead a team, ensure safety and quality, manage schedules, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail grocery experience preferred with 1+ year managerial leadership.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good knowledge of department product location and housekeeping in the area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk foods maintenance, packing, and stocking.
• Pack, wrap, and price bulk packages clearly.
• Order and rotate inventory with code dates.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Provide high level of customer service and product knowledge.
• Maintain clean and orderly bulk area and proper presentation of items.
• Lead and coach team members; participate in performance reviews.
