Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment and 1 year of managerial leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers, and financial goals.
• Ability to move weight up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, packing, and stocking of all bulk foods.
• Follow Bulk plan, ensure proper packaging, pricing, and bin filling.
• Order and maintain inventory; rotate product by code dates; sanitation.
• Ensure safety, health, Weights & Measures, and COOL compliance.
