Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in Fresno, CA is seeking a Bulk Manager to lead bulk foods operations, ensure accurate packing, pricing and presentation, and drive great customer service in a fast-paced market.

You will manage inventory, supervise staff, coordinate scheduling and promotions while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and adaptability in a dynamic grocery environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age stated.
• 1–2 years in retail grocery, plus 1 year managerial leadership experience.
• Able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of weekly ads and directing customers to product locations.
• Ability to adjust schedules and staffing to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, packing and stocking of bulk foods.
• Follow Bulk plan, package and label bulk items accurately.
• Maintain inventory, rotate products by code dates and sanitize area.
• Enforce safety, health, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide high level customer service and product knowledge to team and customers.
• Ensure bulk area is clean, organized and well presented.
• Recruit, hire and promote in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Coach team members and conduct performance reviews bi-annually.
• Attend in-store meetings and participate in store operations as MOD.
