Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Manager to oversee a busy bulk department in our California store. You will lead a team in packaging, pricing, inventory control, and customer service while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will manage scheduling, performance reviews, and cross-functional communication with store leadership. This role demands flexibility, leadership, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment and 1 year of managerial leadership experience.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Know weekly ad items and direct customers to product locations; perform general housekeeping in the department.
• Possess working knowledge of personnel and sales reports and financial goals.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Follow the Bulk merchandising plan and ensure the team properly packages, scales, and prices bulk items.
• Order and maintain inventory, rotate items by date, and keep the bulk area clean and organized.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and Weights & Measures regulations.
• Lead and coach the team, communicate standards and policy changes, and participate in performance reviews.
• Provide high levels of customer service and company-wide service expectations.
• Recruit, hire, and promote staff in collaboration with the Store Manager and manage scheduling to maximize productivity.
