You will leverage PBV’s beverage portfolio and CDA elements to execute promotions while building strong relationships with store owners and managers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to manage inventory, place accurate orders, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1 year of route sales experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for inventory and orders.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Safe driving and DOT safety standards adherence.
• High integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Rotate, merchandise, and stock products across assigned retail accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners and managers.
• Keep shelves, coolers, displays, and backrooms clean and organized.
• Manage product inventory and place accurate orders.
• Execute CDA elements and promotional programs as directed.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to align on needs.
