Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures seeks a Bulk Customer Representative to drive sales growth and expand distribution within assigned accounts. You will leverage PBV’s product portfolio, execute CDA elements, and maintain strong relationships with customers while upholding merchandising standards.

Rotate and stock products, build store relationships, manage inventory, and coordinate with KAMs to align on priorities. Strong integrity and customer focus are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• 1 year of route sales experience preferred.
• Strong basic math skills for inventory and orders.
• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Safe driving practices and DOT safety standards upheld.

Responsibilities

• Rotate, merchandise, and stock products across assigned retail accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners and managers.
• Keep shelves, coolers, displays, and backrooms clean and organized.
• Manage product inventory and place accurate orders to prevent stockouts.
• Execute CDA elements and promotional programs as directed.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to align on account needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
