Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Bulk Customer Representative to drive sales growth and expand product distribution across assigned accounts. You will leverage PBV’s portfolio and brands, executing CDA elements and promotions while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Daily tasks include stocking, merchandising, ordering, and collaborating with KAMs to align on priorities, ensuring in-stock conditions and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• 1 year of route sales experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for inventory and order management.
• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to safety standards and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Rotate, merchandise, and stock products across assigned retail accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners and managers.
• Ensure shelves, displays and backrooms are clean and visually appealing.
• Manage inventory and place accurate orders to avoid stockouts.
• Execute CDA elements and promotional programs as directed.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to align on account needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
