Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Bulk Customer Representative to drive sales and expand distribution within assigned accounts. You will leverage PBV’s product portfolio and maintain strong customer relations while upholding merchandising standards and completing required training.

Key duties include rotating and stocking products, building relationships with store staff, ensuring clean displays, and coordinating with KAMs on priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license essential.
• 1 year route sales experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for inventory and orders.
• Good verbal communication with customers and partners.
• Independent worker with ability to handle a high-volume workload.

Responsibilities

• Rotate, merchandise, and stock products across retail accounts.
• Build relationships with store owners and managers through selling.
• Keep shelves and displays clean, organized, and appealing.
• Manage product inventory and place accurate orders.
• Execute CDA elements and promotional programs as directed.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers on account needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
