Pepsi Bottling Ventures seeks a Bulk Customer Representative to drive sales growth and expand product distribution within assigned accounts. The role emphasizes CDA elements, promotional initiatives, and building strong customer relationships.

You will uphold PBV merchandising standards and complete required training to support operational excellence. The Bulk CR focuses on rotating and stocking products, maintaining in-stock conditions, and collaborating with KAMs to align on priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• 1 year of route sales experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for inventory and orders.
• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to safety standards and professional conduct.
• Results-driven with a proactive, sales-focused approach.
• Energetic, positive, customer-focused demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Rotate, merchandise, and stock products across accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners and managers.
• Keep shelves and displays clean, organized, and appealing.
• Manage product inventory and place accurate orders.
• Execute CDA elements and promotional programs.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to align on needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
