Qualifications

• 1 year of procurement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.

• 2 years of sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and secure carriers to move freight.
• Maintain continuous communication with carriers and customers to ensure smooth freight movements.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries and update information in systems.
• Track back-end billing to ensure carrier charges are accurate.
• Identify potential leads and conduct outreach via calls.
