Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of buildings.
• Maintain heating equipment, chillers, pumps, and air distribution systems.
• Monitor mechanical equipment, sensors, and control systems for proper operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance per standards, including filter changes and coil cleaning.
• Respond to emergencies and document activities for supervisor.
