Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Operating Engineer responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned properties. The role requires monitoring, preventive maintenance, and prompt response to emergencies to ensure safe, reliable building operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related experience, appropriate trade licenses, and strong knowledge of HVAC, boilers, pumps, and energy management systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Graduate of apprentice program or trade school preferred.
• Appropriate license/permit for trade as may be required (Journeyman/Master Electrician, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, or HVAC tasks for building(s).
• Maintain heating equipment, chillers, pumps, and air distribution systems.
