CBRE is seeking a Building Engineer to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and life-safety components in Plano, TX. You will support preventive maintenance programs, ensure safety compliance, and optimize energy use.

You will also lead by example, coach colleagues, and apply CBRE's RISE values while staying aligned with local codes and client requirements.

• Maintenance and repair of mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire and life safety systems.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire/life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure building systems operate to design specifications and safety standards.
• Support energy management to run systems efficiently.
• Assist with preventive maintenance plans and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review building system inspections (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for operation within design specs.
• Share knowledge and coach team on job disciplines and promote CBRE RISE values.
• Lead by example and work with others to reach consensus and deliver results.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, and service activities within teams.
• Explain complex information clearly.
