Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; additional local/state licenses as required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire/life safety, and control systems.
• Adhere to codes, regulations, and safety directives for building operations.
• Implement preventive maintenance and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Review fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure design specs and environmental conditions.
• Share knowledge, coach others, and lead by example within the team.
