Responsibilities

• Follow codes, regulations, and safety directives for building operations.
• Manage energy use and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
• Inspect building systems (HVAC, fire alarms, plumbing) for design compliance.
• Apply standard methods to solve complex facility problems and share knowledge.
