Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred.
• Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems, keeping building systems up to standards.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and safety.
• Maintain an energy management program to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to meet or exceed equipment life and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials and maintain a clean, safe workplace.
• Review building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation within design capabilities.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to accomplish complex tasks and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines; lead by example and help build consensus.
