Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on building systems including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety components.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain energy management programs; optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for hazardous materials storage, handling and disposal; keep a clean, safe workplace.
• Review building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for proper operation per client design specs.
• Apply standard techniques to accomplish complex tasks and provide practical solutions.
• Coach teammates and share knowledge across related disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example to reinforce CBRE RISE values and align with client goals.
