Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations, government agency directives and safety policies.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to ensure equipment meets/life exceeds expectations and perform emergency repairs.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a clean, safe workplace.
• Review inspections of building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure operation within design specs.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions across disciplines.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the function and across disciplines.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values to build consensus.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies; explain difficult or sensitive information.
