Job summary

  • Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
  • Follow policy for hazardous materials and keep a clean, safe workplace.
  • Review building systems such as fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing for proper operation.
  • Apply knowledge to complete complex tasks and provide solutions.
  • Coach others and share knowledge to support team development.
  • Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values.
