Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Must meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Ability to exercise judgment from multiple information sources.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems.
• Ensure facility systems meet applicable standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain an energy management program for efficient operation.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review building system inspections for operation within design specs.
• Apply knowledge to accomplish complex tasks and provide solutions.
• Mentor others and share expertise within the team.
