Job summary

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor energy use, repair building components, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role requires 5+ years in operating building systems, relevant licenses, and proficiency with HVAC, boilers, pumps, and energy management. On-call shifts and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; apprentice or trade schooling preferred.
• 5+ years in operating mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in commercial properties.
• Licenses/certifications such as refrigeration or trade licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, or HVAC work for building(s).
• Maintain heating equipment, chillers, pumps, and air distribution systems.
• Monitor energy management and adjust field conditions as needed.
• Repair doors, ceilings, floors, and related components.
• Document activities and report to supervisor; respond to emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety rules, and company policies.
