Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze operation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems and take corrective action.
• Working knowledge of CMMS (Corrigo).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to keep facilities up to standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Record readings and adjust systems to ensure proper operation and identify potential issues.
• Monitor quality and pricing of maintenance by outside contractors to ensure standards and costs are controlled.
• Maintain responsibility for facility services, purchasing, and inventory control.
