Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Microsoft Office knowledge (Word/Excel/Outlook) is essential.
• Strong organizational and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program and ensure efficient operation of systems.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety, storage, and disposal policies for hazardous materials.
• Review building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure operations meet design specs.
• Share knowledge and lead by example within the team.
• Support CBRE values and contribute to consensus-building.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, and project activities within the team.
• Explain complex information clearly to stakeholders.
