Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure facility systems comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review building system inspections to ensure operation meets design specs.
• Apply advanced knowledge to solve complex tasks and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Model CBRE RISE values and build consensus with stakeholders.
• Impact ranged customer, operational, and project activities within teams.
