• Maintain energy management program to optimize system efficiency.
• Assist preventive maintenance to meet design life and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials; keep a clean workplace.
• Review building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing for operation within design specs.
• Apply knowledge to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across job disciplines.
