CBRE is seeking a Building Engineer in Phoenix to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and control systems. You will execute preventive maintenance and respond to repairs to keep equipment operating efficiently.

You will follow codes and safety guidelines, manage energy usage, and support the implementation of maintenance programs. The role requires physical stamina and good problem-solving skills to serve clients and uphold CBRE standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions.
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure building systems comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Review building systems and ensure operations meet client environmental conditions.
