Qualifications

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for financial calculations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, and life-safety systems to ensure building operations meet standards.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and safety.
• Maintain energy management practices to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Assist in preventive maintenance programs and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies for hazardous materials storage and disposal; keep the workplace clean and safe.
• Review building system inspections (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure operation within design specs.
• Apply standard principles to complex tasks and provide practical solutions.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge across discipline boundaries.
