CBRE Group, Inc. in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Building Engineer responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire/life safety to ensure safe, reliable operations.

You will follow safety codes, support preventive maintenance, and help optimize energy use while collaborating with teams to meet client expectations and uphold CBRE RISE values.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives related to building operations.
• Maintain an energy management program to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to meet or exceed rated life; perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials; keep a clean, safe workplace.
• Review building system inspections (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure proper operation.
• Apply standard principles and procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across job disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and support CBRE RISE values; help build consensus and agreement.
• Impact customer, operational, project or service activities within own and related teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies; explain difficult information as needed.
