Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
EPA 608 Universal Certification.
Meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs+ and climbing stairs/ladders.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and control systems.
Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety policies.
Maintain energy management programs and optimize system efficiency.
Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
Follow safety procedures for hazardous materials and maintain a clean workplace.
Review building systems to ensure operation meets design specs and environmental targets.
