CBRE is seeking a Building Engineer in Colorado to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, roofing, and life safety. You will support preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure facilities operate at optimal performance.

The role requires adhering to codes and safety policies, managing energy use, coordinating with technicians, and documenting inspections.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire life safety and control systems.
• Ensure facilities stay up to applicable codes, regulations and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and perform needed repairs.
• Follow policies for safe storage and handling of hazardous materials.
• Review building system inspections to ensure operation matches design specs.
• Apply standard principles to solve complex assignments and mentor others.
• Lead by example and support CBRE RIse values in team interactions.
• Impact a range of client, project or service activities within the team.
