Job summary

You will support preventive maintenance programs, ensure compliance with codes, and promote energy efficiency while coaching teammates and upholding CBRE RISE values. Strong organizational and mathematical skills, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma with 4–5 years of related experience are expected;

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions.
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and to climb stairs/ladders as needed.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural, fire, life safety and control systems.
• Keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards and performing reliably.
• Support preventive maintenance and energy management programs.
• Assist with emergency repairs and safety compliance.
• Coach teammates and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Explain complex information clearly and follow CBRE policies.
