Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; licenses as required by local or state jurisdictions.
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and control systems to keep facilities up to code.
• Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials; keep workspace safe.
• Inspect building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure proper operation and environmental conditions.
