Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to ensure efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review building systems inspections to ensure operation within design specs.
• Share knowledge with others and coach teammates within the function.
