TruTeam in Louisville, KY is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to drive growth in residential and light commercial insulation and building products. You will identify prospects, conduct daily sales calls, and close deals while delivering exceptional customer service.

This safety-sensitive role requires 3+ years of building products sales, a valid driver’s license for local travel, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in building products/construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and consistently generate and follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, generate new business leads and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers, recommending materials and services based on needs.
• Understand the market, monitor conditions, product innovations and competitors’ pricing.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Communicate company safety programs to customers at sale inception by inspecting job sites for safety concerns.
• Manage customer experience from initial sale to project completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
