Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive revenue by selling insulation and building products to residential and light commercial customers from Fort Smith, AR. You will identify prospects, follow up on leads, and build trusted relationships through proactive outreach and solid product knowledge.

The role requires 3+ years in building products sales, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in building products or construction.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for the role.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and consistently generate and follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, generate new business leads and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend materials and services based on customer needs.
• Understand the market, monitor conditions and competitors’ products, prices and sales.
• Meet monthly sales targets and communicate safety programs at sale inception.
• Manage the customer experience from initial sale to project completion.
