Qualifications

• Minimum one year in the human services field; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of property management issues, rent collection, and Section 8 housing.
• Strong writing skills and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and site conditions; supervise staff.
• Oversee rent collection and budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with leases and subsidy programs (CityPHEPS).
• Coordinate with Director, vendors, and prepare site reports.
