Carter Lumber, a multi-brand building materials company, is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Michigan. You will develop and maintain relationships with local contractors, builders, and remodelers, selling our full line of materials and installed services.

You will manage post-sale projects, track usage, and visit sites to ensure ongoing satisfaction. The role emphasizes relationship-building, effective communication, and meeting sales targets, with compensation based on salary plus

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales.
• Knowledge of home building basics.
• Ability to create material estimates/quotes and special orders.
• Open new accounts monthly/quarterly.
• Learn to read blueprints and provide material takeoff lists.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Attend HBA/builder/company functions as required.
