Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in building materials.
• Knowledge of home building basics.
• Create estimates/quotes and handle special orders.
• Open new accounts monthly/quarterly.
• Read blueprints and provide material takeoffs.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Attend HBA/builder/company functions as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and remodelers.
