Job summary

Builders FirstSource, America’s largest supplier of building materials, seeks a results-driven Outside Sales professional based in De Pere, WI. You will manage key accounts, develop proposals, and coordinate with design staff to meet client needs.

This base-salary position includes commission and full benefits. You will train junior reps, present solutions to complex projects, and travel to client sites as needed to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field plus two (2) years prior sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by specializing in a full spectrum of building materials and related offerings.
• Represents the company during the sales process and develops proposals to meet customer requirements.
• Develops sales contracts for residential, multi-family and commercial projects.
• Plans and conducts sales presentations and trainings for staff and customers.
• Researches, identifies and solicits new customers to generate opportunities.
