The Building Manager PT - EM at CITY WIDE FACILITY SOLUTIONS is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of the facility. This role requires ensuring that the building's physical infrastructure is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with relevant regulations. The Building Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders to optimize building services and enhance the overall experience for occupants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the building, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and effectively
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and oversee the execution of repair work
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the life of building assets
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to contractual agreements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Collaborate with the management team to develop budgets and monitor expenses related to building operations
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and manage crisis response efforts to ensure occupant safety
• Maintain accurate records of building operations, including maintenance logs, vendor contracts, and compliance documentation
• Foster positive relationships with building occupants, addressing concerns and feedback to improve service delivery

Requirements

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in facilities management or a related field is preferred

Required Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building management or a related field
• Proven track record of managing building operations, including maintenance, safety, and security
• Experience in coordinating with vendors and service providers for building maintenance and repairs
