Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a part-time Building Manager PT - EM to oversee operations of the facility, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery. The role requires coordinating with vendors, managing maintenance tasks, and supervising day-to-day activities to maintain high occupancy satisfaction.

The candidate should have a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and at least 3 years in building management, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in building management, safety, and security.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the building to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections and oversee repair work.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors per contracts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and perform audits.
• Assist in budgeting and monitoring building operation expenses.
• Respond to emergencies and manage crisis response to protect occupants.
• Maintain records of operations, maintenance logs, and vendor contracts.
• Engage with occupants to address concerns and improve service delivery.
