Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with trade school or military background, plus four years journey-level experience in maintenance trades. Strong communication, planning, and preventive maintenance skills are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma plus trade school programs or military.
• English: Must be fluent in English, verbal and written; computer use required (Email, MS Word & Excel).
• Experience: Four years journey-level experience in at least one relevant trade in commercial/industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas in a clean, orderly condition.
• Keep all equipment in good working order.
• Oversee contractors and inspect completed work.
• Ensure safety with proper lighting, signage, and accessibility.
• Maintain records of service, repairs and safety trainings.
• Respond to emergencies on a 24-hour basis.
