Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Building Experience Manager to own the on-site experience for a large commercial asset in Seattle. You’ll lead community programming, amenity operations, meeting and event sales, and lobby communications, serving as the single point of accountability for how the building feels.

You’ll coach a team, manage vendors, forecast programming and budgets, and collaborate with marketing to keep experiences on-brand. A hospitality mindset and leadership in tenant relations are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality or property management.
• Experience in staffing, coaching, and performance management.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

Responsibilities

• Submit financial and engagement reporting on time and to standard.
• Monitor trends so asset managers understand the business.
• Manage amenity budgets.
• Build clear systems and procedures for team success when you’re not there.
• Support marketing in keeping collateral and experiences on-brand.
• Oversee amenity ordering, restocking, and inventory.
• Keep amenity spaces spotless at all times.
• Document and elevate maintenance and facilities issues.
